Just like most of us you try your best to make reliable pans for your time, schedule your tasks with precision and try to accomplish everything, but the reality is that thing do not always work out the way you have planned and so you have to look for simpler solutions such as adopting time management exercises. These are not difficult to do and above all they are not time consuming. Most importantly they can really hell you out in all stages of the task scheduling and the implementation of the plan.
Doing simple recording and some basic calculations can be a real time and life saver. Usually, you are not able to estimate with much precision how long each task is going to take you, but what you can do is put down how long each specific operation takes you. For example, it takes you 5 minutes to answer an email, 15 minutes to solve a problem or 20 minutes to write a page. So, you can use these numbers to allocate sufficient time to each small operation of the task. If you manage to break down the activity into steps you will really find it more motivating to keep the short deadlines you have set for yourself apart from benefiting from a more precise planning.
The time management exercises that work to train your willpower and to allow you to focus more easily are also very important. One of the simplest ones you can adopt is to write down all the things that motivate you to complete a certain task. These factors could be the benefits that you expect to get from it or simply pleasant activities that you plan to indulge in after completing the work. Every time you feel tired or annoyed by what you are doing, you can look at the list and try to imagine how happy you will feel afterwards. This will definitely help you find the inner strength to go on.
Give yourself little breaks – this is the only way to survive a busy day on which you feel under great pressure. You can rest for a minute or two or even five if you can afford it every hour. It is a good idea to get a fresh breath of air, drink a glass of water, do some meditation or even do basic eye exercises and stretching ones. These are not precise time management exercises, but they will certainly help you feel refreshed and focused on the work.
Time Management is one of those things that must be practiced daily to be effective.

Ironic as it seems, i was talking to my friend and she gave me an idea of what can make me happy. I told her that visiting my favorite campground was the most pleasant for me and makes me forget the world. So i got on google earth and took a couple of print screens and put them as my desktop background. Now everyday when i turn on my pc, i look at these pics and they truly make me feel wonderful. I so take breaks, like going to the beach with my laptop and think of great things to write. Great post,

Hey Jezabel,
Great to see you have got your website sorted out. (Last couple of times I tried to check it out, it appeared it was hijacked.)
Thanks again for your input.
To Your Success,
Rob
Yes my blog was hijacked, that was a real bummer for me. These hackers hacked my email as well, and they were demanding money! I guess this is the new tactic hackers are doing to scare you into paying them, but I’d rather pay a security adviser to secure the site, as i did =)

With so much on my plate these day managing time has become paramount to me.
Planning the day, sticking to a time table. Then there is no guilt when it’s time for a break.
Takes discipline when you’re your own boss.

Hi Rob
This is a really simple concept and you have described it very well. Time is such a precious commodity – once it is gone it is gone forever.
A little about me – My name is Sue McDonald and I am a student of Mark Terrell and I am actually going through the course a second time – by invitation. I love it and know if I do all he says, I will be successful. I am Australian but the US is my second home as I have family there and visit quite often. This is why I started Internet Marketing so I can travel whenever I want and have the money to do what I want.
Well I hope you are doing well and you become very successful. I would love you to come visit my blog and leave a comment.
Kind regards
Sue

Hey Rob
I have just come for a visit to your site. How are you going?
Yes it’s Mark and I am following my students as they post on other peoples blogs. They don’t know that I am always checking to see they are getting results. I am passionate about helping them achieve and then they are able to make some money online exactly the same as I am doing. It is not really difficult as long as they are willing to put in the effort.
Keep up the good work.
Regards
Mark

I am Rose Kline from Pa. I joined Mark Terrell”s coaching and doing everything he says.
That way I know I will make it to the top percentage of people who make it,,I just started a
blog and would value your comment or feed back. To your success, Best Wishes and Good Luck,

Hi Rob,
Thanks for the post about time management. Good idea to put the clock onto tasks.
I read your “about”. When I am feeling unmotivated I remember a famous saying of Clementine Stone’s from Think and Grow Rich fame. “Do it Now”.
It always gets me moving.
best regards
