		<description>Thanks Josh.

It is so easily to get distracted by the little things.

I remember when I first started using Twitter. The number of hours I wasted checking my stats &amp; writing tweets.

But like anything else, even the most helpfull tool can become a time waster is not managed correctly.

Regards,

		<description>Hey Rob,

Great post my man, also great to connect with you here buddy, look forward to doing so more often in future!

I completely agree with this. When I stopped myself checking emails and Twitter all the time and limited emails to twice a day at set times, my productivity literally doubled.

That one basic thing really did make me get two weeks worth of work done in a week!

Its THAT important!

Thats for the reminder man and well written post!

		<description>Thanks David.
As you know, this post simply scratches the surface on the subject of Time Management.

Personally I have also worked better from a list. Plan your work &amp; then work your plan.

One of my favourite books on the subject of Time Management is &quot;Eat That Frog&quot; by Brian Tracy.

		<description>Hi Rob,

Great post on the vital topic of time management. I have been guilty of wasting literally MONTHS of time online and spending 10-12 hours a day in front of the PC getting absolutely NOTHING done!

Scheduling and Daily Did sheets are a great way of keeping you on track which is all the more essential when you don&#039;t have a boss breathing down your neck.

Keep in touch.

David
