    Hi Rob
as an avid buyer and reader of self help books
I became a bit fed up with all the talk of goal setting.
the main reason being, I was always bit skeptical
however that’s because I had placed the doubt in my mind before I even gave it a chance ,
Glad to say that’s not the case anymore I have set my goals and have just got to make the effort to achieve them
like you said having short term and long term goals is what we should all be aiming for
    cheers Rob

We often get goals mixed up with objectives. I learned some time ago the difference.

    Goals are the end means.
Objectives are the steps that allow you to meet your goals.
